I started our youth programme from scratch 5 years ago. At that time we didn’t have any young people coming to the building for anything that the Longfield Hall Trust delivered, only for classes and workshops run by hirers. We are building momentum now, and a growing number of young people know that our doors are open, and that they can get involved in our activities, make new friends and do it all for free! The Trials feels like the perfect comma in that 5 year period and I couldn’t be more excited for the next 5!- Sunday Drama Classes which the Beckenham Theatre Trust have supported, allows us to do this sort of work.
